Bill Ditty

Bill Ditty is President and owner of Ditty Financial Forensics, LLC, and Ditty Financial Advisors, LLC. Bill, has a CPA, has been providing professional services since 1984.

Bill has testified in court in the areas of divorce litigation, business valuations, separate property/hidden asset tracing and associated forensic accounting analysis. Bill has been qualified as an expert witness for cases in Franklin, Delaware, Knox and Allen counties, Ohio.

Bill is the President for the Southern Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). In his capacity as Chapter President, Bill provides and conducts continuing education seminars for valuation analysts and forensic accountants. Bill's lectures on critical valuation and forensic accounting issues are available to Chapter members three times a year.

Maury Cox

Maury worked for 23 years in the information services. He worked for seven years at Service Bureau Company (a subsidiary of IBM and later of Control Data Corporation), first as a sales representative and then a sales manager. He joined CompuServe where he worked for sixteen years in sales management, product management and for the last five years he was president.

Maury formed an early stage technology venture fund in 1995 and he retired when the fund liquidated in 2005.

In 2006 Maury attended finance classes in the Ohio State MBA program and taught undergraduate finance there from 2006 until 2013. In 2013 he began studying for the Chartered Financial Analyst designation which he earned in 2015. He earned the Certified Financial Analyst designation in 2014.

Maury has served on numerous corporate boards including Guidant Corporation, Huntington Banks, and several private boards, two of which he helped develop to public offerings

Maury now assists private company performing valuations for tax, litigation and regulatory purposes.
